Decadent, creamy, and chocolatey — this vegan chocolate nice cream is a healthy, dairy-free dessert you can whip up in minutes. Perfect for warm days, sweet cravings, or anytime you need chocolatey comfort without the guilt. 

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas, frozen in pieces
  • 1-2 tbsp cocoa powder, depending on how intense you want the chocolate taste
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp peanut or almond butter
  • 1/8 cup plant-based milk

Topping suggestions:

  • for a raspberry version: freeze-dried raspberries & puffed quinoa or amaranth
  • for a snickers version: salted peanuts & choc chips or cacao nibs

Instructions

  1. Put all the ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend on high until smooth. You’ll have to use the tamper to push the bananas down from time to time. If you have a hard time blending, add a splash more plant-based milk.
  2. Enjoy straight away with toppings of your choice.

Notes

You could totally leave out the nut butter – it will still taste great, though not as rich.
