Ingredients

  • 1 batch vegan cheesy sauce
  • your favorite pasta
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 2 cups frozen spinach or 4 cups fresh, washed and chopped, if desired
  • pinch of chili flakes
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Make the cheesy sauce first.
  2. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions.
  3. Add cheesy sauce to the pasta along with sun-dried tomatoes, spinach, chili flakes, salt and pepper to taste.
