A creamy vegan Snickers smoothie made with peanut butter, cocoa, dates, banana, and flaxseeds. Naturally sweet, filling, and perfect for breakfast or an afternoon snack. Ready in minutes.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups plant-based milk
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 4 regular dates (or 2 Medjool)
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 frozen banana (frozen in chunks)
  • 1 tbsp rolled oats
  • 1-2 chunks frozen cauliflower, optional 

Instructions

Blend all the ingredients in a high-speed blender on high for 30 to 60 seconds or until smooth
