Ingredients
- 1 (15 oz.) can of chickpeas (1.5 cups)
- 2 stalks of celery
- 1/2 small red onion
- 2-3 pickles/gherkins
- 1 tsp mustard
- 2 tbsp vegan mayo
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce or tamari
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp white wine vinegar (or other mild vinegar)
Instructions
- Mash the chickpeas with a potato masher or fork in a bowl
- Cut celery into thin half moons. Finely dice the onion. Cut the pickles into thin rounds. Add everything to your bowl.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
